Locking and Unlocking of the users

In this post I am to discuss about the Locking and Unlocking of the Users in Both Multiple and Single users.
Initially for Single user Locking and Unlocking of the Users:

• For Locking of the user we need to go to SU01 and provide the User ID.
• Click of Lock/Unlock(Ctrl+F5) button  screen will show as follows.

                     

• Click on Lock Button it will get locked
• Then Change the Validity date of the user.

For Unlocking of the user the procedure are as follows

• Similarly click on Lock/Unlock(Ctrl+F5) button screen will shown as follows

Click on Un Lock Button it will get Unlocked

                    For Mass locking and Unlocking of the users we need to user another Transaction SU10 for any Mass Changes like Locking, Unlocking, Creation, Assigning of  the roles Etc..Mass Locking of the Users:

• First we need to identify the list of the users need to Lock.
• Then go to SU10 T-Code and provide the list.

       

• Then click on Lock Button(Ctrl+F5) and we can lock the users.

Mass Unlocking of the users:

First we need to identify the list of the users need to Lock.

Then go to SU10 T-Code and provide the list.

• Then click on Un Lock Button(Ctrl+F4) and we can lock the users
