User Administration:
I am going to explain in detailed one by one.
Initially User Creation Procedure which is the main part of SAP Security Task the procedure are as follows:
Procedure:
- Go to Transaction SU01 the view as follows
- Click on Create button or F8 button to create the New User. Remember to give Last Name surely then only new will be accepted then fill all the required
- In the Logon Data Tab provide the Initial password.
- Then Assign the Roles as per the business requirement then save.
- Sent the credentials to the user.
User Disabling :
This the Another Regular Task done by Security Admin Guys is disabling of the users once they left from the company the procedure are as follows
- Initially we need to identify the list of users left from the organization which is provided by the HR Team Normally.
- After getting the list of users we need to go to SU01 if it the single user it is a multiple user we can use SU10 T-code.
- for Single user go to su01 give the user id and go to Change Button(F7) and update the last name as Disable
- Once update then go to Logon data tab and change the validity date of the users as follows
- Once done save the user and sent to the requestor via Mail.:)
